plays a crucial role in every stage of product development, from initial concept and design to rigorous testing and final refinement.
So far, we have designed and commercialized tamper-evident closures for syringes, autodisable systems for syringes, drug transfer devices, all-plastic vial closure caps, a spray system that transforms any vial into a spray with just a simple click and various others. Our
R&D department also stays at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, constantly seeking innovative ways to improve existing products or develop entirely new ones. Our in-house design team is equipped to take any concept from idea to prototype. We
specialize in creating custom designs tailored to specific needs, with the expertise to turn any product idea into a functional prototype.

Design & Development
Process
The R&D team manages the entire lifecycle of product development, guiding each project from initial ideation through to conceptualization, feasibility studies, and prototyping. This process begins with brainstorming sessions where ideas are generated and refined, followed by the creation of early-stage designs that are evaluated for technical feasibility and market potential.
Once a viable concept is identified, prototypes are developed to test and validate the design. Throughout this journey, the team emphasizes an iterative design process, where products are continuously refined and improved based on ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and testing. This iterative approach ensures that each version of the product is optimized for both functionality and usability, addressing any potential issues before moving
forward.
