After the initial fabrication, we conduct a range of finishing operations, including polishing & alignment, to improve durability, create clean corners, and smooth edges. Additionally, we offer premium finishes such as mirror or matte, tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients, ensuring that each product not only meets functional standards but also aligns with aesthetic preferences. Additionally, our company takes great care in performing deburring to
remove sharp edges or burrs left from cutting or machining, ensuring the final product is smooth, safe, and ready for use or assembly.

precise shaping. In terms of welding, we offer Laser, TIG and Spot welding, choosing the right method to match the materials and required strength. We control heat input to prevent

Following this, the assembly process begins, as part of our comprehensive fabrication process. We begin by ensuring that all components fit together correctly and align properly
before final assembly, preventing issues like misalignment and ensuring smooth functionality. Our team carefully selects the right fasteners and joining methods, whether bolts, screws,
rivets, or welding, based on the strength requirements and ease of assembly. This careful approach guarantees that each component is securely joined, ensuring high durability in the

We utilize advanced tools such as the PMI (Positive Material Identification) gun to ensure that every product, whether made from 316L, 304, or MS materials, precisely meets the specifications requested by our clients. For instance, if a client specifies SS 316L, our PMI gun verifies that only SS 316L is used, guaranteeing full compliance with their requirements. Once fabrication is complete, we provide detailed final product testing, assessing each item for functionality, safety, and durability.
