Integrated Design &
Manufacturing Workflow

The process begins with receiving the User Requirement Specification (URS) from the client,which serves as the foundation for understanding their specific needs and expectations. Our team carefully analyzes the URS to ensure we fully comprehend the client's requirements. Based on this understanding, our design team develops a tailored concept, taking into account crucial factors such as speed, output, and overall performance.

We then proceed with prototyping development and testing to validate that the solution meets the desired expectations. After the prototype phase, we conduct Design Failure and Effectiveness Analysis (DFEA) to identify any potential issues and refine the design for reliability and performance. Once the concept is finalized, and testing confirms its viability, we collaborate with our mechanical, electrical, robotic and pneumatic integration teams to prepare a detailed design. With the design ready, we begin the assembly process, ensuring all components are integrated seamlessly to deliver a fully functional, high-performance machine.

An Integrated Design and Manufacturing Workflow is key to achieving seamless transformation from concept to final product. By linking the design, prototyping, and production stages, we ensure that every aspect of the manufacturing process flows smoothly and efficiently. We utilize advanced CAD/CAM software like Siemens NX or SolidWorks for design and simulation, allowing us to create precise digital models and test how all components will fit together before physical production begins. Once the design is finalized, it is released to the respective department for production.

Factory Acceptance Testing
(FAT)

Once the assembly is complete and the machine is fully operational, we proceed to functionality testing to ensure it meets the required performance standards. The machine is thoroughly tested under real-world conditions to confirm it performs flawlessly. Following this, we conduct a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), where the final product is evaluated and validated in the presence of the client or their representatives to ensure it meets all specifications and expectations. After successfully completing the FAT, we begin the dispatch procedure, transitioning the machine from our facility to the client’s site. This process includes Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Installation Qualification (IQ), and Operational Qualification (OQ), ensuring the machine is correctly installed, operates as intended, and complies with all necessary standards in its working environment.

Our precision-driven workspace is set across 15,000 sq. ft, meticulously designed to accommodate various critical functions. It houses a dedicated machine workshop, an automation area, and an electrical department, each equipped with advanced tools and technologies to ensure precision and efficiency.

Additionally, the facility is backed by our highly skilled design team, tool room, and fabrication department, spanning a total of around 35,000 sq. ft.
