INJECTION MOLDS
We design and manufacture single or multi-cavity injection molds tailored to produce a wide variety of plastic components, including intricate and high-volume parts.
We specialize in designing and manufacturing molds that can either be equipped with cold runner, semi-hot runner, hot runner systems, tailored to meet our customers specific requirements. For our hot runner systems, we partner with industry leaders such as Mold Masters, Thermoplay, Husky, Yudo and many others ensuring cutting-edge technology and top-tier performance.
When it comes to the mold base, we use 1.2085 tool steel, known for its durability and strength, while for the inserts, we rely on Uddeholm Stavax, a premium grade tool steel that's corrosion resistant, polishable, and machinable from Austria. For core & cavity plate, we use Uddeholm Mirrax, prehardened and supplied with a hardness of 40 HRC. This combination of top-grade materials and advanced systems guarantees precision, efficiency, and long-lasting performance in every mold we create.
THERMOFORMING MOLDS
Our thermoforming molds are engineered for the production of thin-walled plastic products, including packaging materials, trays, and containers.
These molds are designed for efficient heat transfer, precision shaping, and cost-effective production runs, with applications in food packaging, medical products, and industrial goods, and are made from high-performance Aluminum HE 130.
With a lead time of just 2-3 weeks, we deliver fast, reliable results for your manufacturing needs.
PUNCHING DIESETS
We provide punching dies for cutting, shaping, and perforating materials like sheet metal, aluminium etc, both multi-cavity and single-cavity diesets, tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer.
